Ian Goldman is a former Assistant Ocean County Prosecutor and seasoned litigator who has successfully tried multiple jury trials to verdict.  Mr. Goldman has significant experience in the area of personal injury matters. Mr. Goldman also handles complex business disputes through every aspect of litigation or arbitration.

Mr. Goldman currently serves as the municipal prosecutor for the Township of Lakewood, which is the fifth-largest municipality in the State of New Jersey.  He also serves as the Borough Attorney of Lakehurst, Labor Counsel for the Lakewood Township Municipal Utilities Authority, and the attorney for Lakewood Fire District.

Prior to prosecuting, Ian served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Presiding Family Division Judge in Ocean County, where he recommended the disposition of family court cases for the Judge’s review and approval.

Ian received his Juris Doctor in law and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.  He is a certified instructor by the Division of Law and Public Safety, Division of Criminal Justice, Police Training Commission where he is a Certified Instructor who often teaches at the Ocean County Police Academy.
